This section of Niseko Snow is dedicated to food and drink. It will be featuring restaurants in the Niseko and Kutchan areas as well as introducing Japanese food and local cuisine and food.

Hokkaido, the island on which Niseko is, is one of Japan's major fresh fruit and vegetable producing areas and the produce grown here is second to none. So while in Niseko and Hokkaido be sure to taste some of Hokkaido fruit and vegetables or locally developed cusine such as Genghis Kan, a delicious lamb barbeque.
