JIEITAI: The Japanese Self Defense Force

It's quite a sight when one hits the slopes and the only other people on the slopes are Japanese Jieitai or self defense force training for the opening scene of the up and coming James Bond movie being made in Niseko. Well not quite the truth but zooming past them all does make you feel like you 're in a movie and they are also quite conducive to having their photo taken. Enjoy the photos and also see the military quick facts below the photos:)
